“Liner pool” describes the surface you see, but it does not establish the construction beneath it. Suitability should be assessed for the actual pool, including the walls, floor, fittings and previous repairs.

• Is the pool in-ground or above-ground?
• What is known about the wall and floor construction?
• How old is the liner, and why are you considering replacement?
• Are there wrinkles, tears, water loss or other concerns?
• Are tiles, steps, fittings or coping also being changed?
